1. Institutional Data Sovereignty

At Oraynn, we recognize that academic, personal, and financial data belonging to schools, students, teachers, and guardians is strictly proprietary to the school trust or governing institution. Oraynn acts solely as a technological data processor. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or use student records for commercial marketing or automated profiling.

2. Information We Collect and Process

To operate the School Management ERP, we process information provided by institutional staff:

• Student and Parent contact details (names, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts).
• Attendance registries, daily absent/present statuses, and timetables.
• Fee invoices, collection records, and transaction IDs processed via authorized gateways.
• Teacher, administrative staff profiles, and role-based login permissions.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All data transmitted to and from Oraynn servers is protected using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Database storage uses encrypted volumes with automated daily encrypted backups. Subscription payments are executed through RBI-regulated digital payment gateways without Oraynn storing payment card or UPI credentials.

4. Data Export and Portability

Schools retain full ownership of their information. Administrators can export rosters, attendance logs, and fee reports to Excel/CSV format at any time with zero fee or lock-in.
