1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to or evaluating Oraynn, school authorities, trustees, and authorized institutional administrators agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
Oraynn offers monthly subscription tiers based on registered active student headcount (Standard tier for up to 500 students at ₹499/mo, Growth tier for up to 1,000 students at ₹999/mo under our launch discount). Subscriptions renew monthly via our official payment partners. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any point prior to the next billing cycle without termination penalties.
3. Institutional Data Ownership
All student, parent, and institutional financial records belong exclusively to the client school. Oraynn claims no intellectual property or commercial rights to school records and maintains strict confidentiality protocols.
4. Service Availability & Support
Oraynn strives for 99.9% application uptime, excluding scheduled off-peak maintenance windows. Support is accessible via email, phone, and WhatsApp during academic operating hours.
